Introducing the Patrón Cocktail Lab. By harnessing the power of Amazon’s cutting edge voice platform (Alexa), Emerging Experiences gave consumers an entirely new way to discover and enjoy Patron cocktails– through voice. This transformative project pushed the boundaries of innovation across multiple disciplines, resulting in the development of a customer-centric voice experience on an emerging platform. 

The experience is also accessible through the redesigned website where users can find personalized cocktail recommendations based on preference, mood and ingredients.

The project is the first of many that will richen the product experience inside the home. Born out of the Emerging Experience Lab in San Francisco, a fast proof of concept and prototype allowed the client to understand the power of NLP (Natural Language Processing) and to create a marketing and PR partnership with Amazon and Razorfish to maximize the skill launch.
