ProEdge
ProEdge is PwC’s first commercial platform built to solve the major pain points in upskilling, workforce transformation and automation governance.
Through a citizen-led approach, ProEdge delivers personalized learning pathways that enable employees to automate the antiquated processes that exist in their role and organization. The skills, distributed assets and automations that ProEdge applies has finally brought value to enterprise-wide learning and development.
This platform has been a labour of love that I have spent the past 2.5 years building the brand, defining the product strategy and fighting for what the user needs, not what edtech is use to delivering. In the gallery below, you can see the vision that the team is working towards and the brand that I created. It certainly helped to have owned a branding agency for years and have the ability to roll up my sleeves and start creating something from scratch.
It is important to note that this product brand is the first to ever be approved in PwC’s history to have its own set of brand standards and identity. It was a major milestone for the team and I was excited to get us there.

WIth many employees within the enterprise reskilling to new roles, it was important to have a very relatable brand that was positive and not overly technical.

The Identity System
From voice and tone through to sonic design symbolizing success in learning. A complete system of guidelines, illustrations and motion templates were developed so content publishers could create while we were building to beta.
